In such cases, subject to us dealing with all aspects of costs throughout the case, our fees are -
- Fully Deferred - no invoice is raised until the case is concluded
- Fully Conditional - we charge you only for what is recovered
- If the case is discontinued or lost, no fee is payable
And no payment is required until funds are recovered from the paying party, meaning that you never have to pay costs drafting fees from office account.
This includes fees for drafting the budget, dealing with costs management (including attendance at CCMC if necessary), drafting the bill, negotiating settlement and representation on detailed assessment.
