Another happy client after a fantastic Provisional Assessment result

We received a fantastic Provisional Assessment result today with full application of the Merrix decision applied, the costs were found to be proportionate despite being 20x the value of damages. The phases post budget which were under budget were allowed in full. To top things the phases which were over budget but pleaded by us to have good reason were allowed to depart from the budget! Overall a fantastic result for our client, as once again we had made a well pitched Part 36 Offer, our client will benefit from a further enhancement on the assessed costs.
